1. Stall Bookings:

a. Non-Refundable Stalls:

  • All stall bookings are non-refundable. Once a stall is booked and payment is made, no refunds will be provided.

  • Tables for all events will be provided unless otherwise stated.

  • For our outdoor events, it is the traders responsibility to supply their own tables and gazebos.

2. Parking:

a. No Guaranteed On-Site Parking:

  • Parking on-site during the event is not guaranteed. Stallholders are encouraged to arrive early to secure parking or make alternative arrangements.

3. Insurance and Certificates:

a. Public Liability Insurance:

  • All stallholders must have valid Public Liability Insurance covering their participation in the event. Proof of insurance must be provided upon request.

b. Food Hygiene Certificates:

  • Stallholders offering food products must possess valid Food Hygiene certificates. Ratings must be prominently displayed, and certificates must be provided upon request.

c. Alcohol Licences:

  • Any stallholder selling alcoholic beverages must possess the necessary licenses and approvals. Copies of these licences must be provided to Welsh Markets and Events upon request.

4. Copyright:

a. Copyright of Goods:

  • Stallholders are responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right to sell the goods offered at the event. Any intellectual property or copyright infringement issues are the sole responsibility of the stallholder.
